SYDNEY, Australia – 12 December 2025 – xReality Group Limited (ASX:XRG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin Smith as our new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective immediately.
This strategic appointment marks a significant milestone for the Company as we accelerate the global expansion of our Operator XR law enforcement and defence training solutions.
Ben joins us at a pivotal time, bringing over 17 years of experience in driving revenue growth, enterprise transformation, and securing major contracts. His expertise spans the defence, aerospace, infrastructure, and technology sectors across Australia, the UK, Europe, and Asia.
Strengthening Our Global Commercial Capability
In this newly created executive role, Ben will lead xReality Group’s global commercial function. His focus will be on:
- Driving Enterprise Sales Strategy: Leading our capture systems and major contract pursuits.
- Global Expansion: Accelerating our scale-up in the United States and international markets where demand for immersive, evidence-based training is rapidly increasing.
- Commercial Optimisation: Overseeing channel development, margin governance, and commercial processes across the expanding Operator XR portfolio.
